He began his building career with Hudgins & Associates (a large regional builder-developer) rising to the position of Vice President of Building Operations. In 1993 he founded Resource Building Corporation. David is also very involved in our local community. He has been a Paramedic with the Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad for almost thirty years. On top of being a great asset to our community he is a wonderful resource to have when it comes to building and/or remodeling. He has over 25 years of construction experience in all phases of residential and commercial building, including site development and project management. Projects he has completed include highly customized homes, multi-story and mid-rise condos, office buildings, a church recreation center, interior commercial build-outs, and extensive commercial and residential renovations.
